About Duo
DUO is a premier South Florida recovery studio offering contrast therapy: cold plunges, infrared saunas, and more. Our flagship location in Miami Lakes is designed for anyone seeking a healthier, happier life.
Step into deep relaxation with our infrared sauna therapy, designed to promote detoxification, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat penetrates deeper into your muscles, enhancing recovery while keeping the experience soothing and comfortable.
Experience the power of cold therapy with our cold plunges, proven to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and accelerate muscle recovery. Whether you’re looking for post-workout relief or a mental reset, our guided cold exposure helps you tap into your body’s natural resilience.
