Terms of Service & Waiver

Effective Date: 6-11-2025

By using DUO Recovery Cold Plunge and Saunas’ facilities and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian, to use our services.
  
  
• You represent that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would make cold plunge or sauna use unsafe.
  
  

2. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website, app, or onsite via the MarianaTek Software system.
  
  
• Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our posted cancellation policy.
  
  

3. Facility Use

• You agree to follow all staff instructions and posted safety guidelines.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or misconduct reasons.
  
  

4. Assumption of Risk

• Use of cold plunge and sauna services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, fainting, dehydration, or other health complications.
  
  
• You accept full responsibility for your participation.
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

DUO Recovery Cold Plunge and Saunas shall not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
